Forlaget skriver om denne boka:
This book presents recent research on change management and organizational learning connected with change. Based on a number of articles, we discuss how different types of change and ways of managing change affect the results of change processes. The research setting for change is primarily based on the Norwegian context. The articles include the following topics: what are the external driving forces for change and learning; what types of change are Norwegian organizations primarily concerned with; how can we describe and explain different types of organizational change and change processes and link these to results; how do employees respond to different types of change and change processes and how do their response patterns change over time; and finally how can we measure the results of change. This book is written for three target audiences: researchers, professionals and students. For teaching purposes, it is suitable for post-graduate courses at master or doctorate level.
